Gamers are interviewed about playing at home and at LAN parties. These events involve hundreds of young males who bring their computers along and network them together for twelve hours of gaming fun. These events can last four days.

Like a virtual cowboys and indians, terrorists versus counter terrorists are the new good guys and bad guys. Defusing a bomb has replaced rescuing a damsel in distress. Being a Nazi is an acceptable role in the imaginary WWII paintball. Cheating is rife and piracy is common place.

International heats are played out in intense competition.

Clearly these guys are having a lot of fun but they all seem defensive about the way their hobby is percieved as a complete waste of time.
